Lessons, Coachings, Repertoire: Oh My!
Voice Lessons
Here is where we'll work on the different areas of your voice; focusing on technique and how to apply the techniques we work on together to your repertoire!
While I specialize in musical theatre, I also work singers in both the contemporary/pop and Western Classical genres.
My primary goal is to help you fall in love with and feel confident in your natural voice, and how to safely and successfully execute the sounds you want to make! So let's get to work!

**NOTE: I am currently NOT taking on new students for the Fall 2024 semester, but am willing to meet and chat about the Spring 2025 semester!**

Voice Coachings
"Anissa, how is this different from a voice lesson?"
GREAT question. Coachings are more specifically geared to the performance of the repertoire, rather than a specific focus on vocal technique (as would be the case in a voice lesson). Signing up for a coaching session would be ideal for workshopping college audition pieces and/or audition pieces for a production, workshopping performance pieces for a production/cabaret, etc. etc.

"My Grab Bag":
Musical Theatre / Contemporary Repertoire
Finding repertoire you're excited about performing is crucial, especially in the world of auditioning. I've coined this service "My Grab Bag" because that's exactly what it is -- a grab-bag of new pieces to pull from!
If you feel stuck singing repertoire you're no longer enthusiastic about, can't seem to find new pieces that work for you as an artist, need some suggestions for an upcoming audition, or all of the above, this service is for you!
As part of this service, I will curate a playlist of songs and provide resources to purchase the sheet music for the pieces that resonate the most with you from the suggestions I make.
Performer Grab Bag:
Great for those looking for song ideas for your audition book, for performance opportunities (cabarets, recitals, etc.), or even just new pieces to play around with!
Inquire further if you need ideas for audition cut ideas for recommended songs as well.
Voice Teacher/MT Educator Grab Bag:
Perfect for voice teachers and other musical theatre educators who are looking to expand their repertoire of pieces to assign to their students. This "grab bag" differs from the performer grab bag because it is more catered to teachers in its inclusion of song and singer information -- range, tessitura, dramatic circumstances, approximate age range, etc. -- as well as resources for where to purchase the sheet music and listening examples.
Repertoire Sheets available include:
MT Contemporary "Legit" - Treble
MT Contemporary Belt - Treble
MT Golden Age/Post-Golden Age - Treble
MT-ish: Pre-Golden Age/Standards - Treble
MT Contemporary "Legit" - TBB*
